Air Velocity Test

This test measures the speed of airflow in controlled environments like cleanrooms and HVAC systems. It ensures that air is being distributed uniformly and meets specified performance standards. Proper airflow is critical for contamination control and temperature regulation. We use calibrated instruments to provide precise results. Regular velocity testing helps maintain a clean, compliant facility.

Filter Integrity Test

Also known as the DOP/PAO test, this process checks for leaks in HEPA and ULPA filters. It ensures that filters are functioning properly and trapping airborne contaminants. We introduce aerosol particles upstream and measure penetration downstream. This test is essential for pharmaceutical, biotech, and cleanroom operations. It ensures clean air delivery and meets ISO and GMP standards.

Particle Count Test

This test counts the number and size of airborne particles in a cleanroom or controlled environment. It helps classify the cleanliness level based on ISO 14644 standards. We use laser particle counters to detect and analyze real-time particle data. This is vital for pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics, and sterile environments. It helps identify contamination risks before they become serious.

Recovery Test

The recovery test determines how quickly a cleanroom returns to its required clean state after a contamination event. We simulate contamination and monitor how efficiently the room recovers. This reflects the performance of HVAC systems and airflow design. A faster recovery time indicates better system efficiency. It ensures minimal downtime and helps maintain compliance.

Air Flow Pattern Test

Also called smoke visualization, this test shows the airflow direction and movement in a cleanroom. It identifies turbulent or reverse flows that can lead to contamination. We use safe, visible fog to trace the path of air. This test is essential for validating laminar flow and proper ventilation. It visually confirms that airflow is moving as designed.

Temperature & Humidity Mapping

We monitor and map temperature and humidity levels across different locations and time intervals. This ensures uniform environmental conditions in storage areas, cleanrooms, and production zones. Mapping helps detect hot/cold spots and deviations from required specifications. We use calibrated data loggers for accurate results. Regular mapping is required for audits and regulatory compliance.

Light Intensity Testing

This service measures the lighting levels in cleanrooms and workspaces to ensure they meet operational and safety standards. Proper illumination is critical for visual inspections, operator safety, and product quality. We assess light uniformity and brightness at various points. Inadequate lighting can lead to errors or safety hazards. Testing ensures optimal work conditions and compliance.

Noise Level Measurement

This test evaluates sound levels within the workspace to ensure they are within safe and acceptable limits. Excessive noise can affect concentration, productivity, and hearing health. We use sound level meters to measure decibel levels in different zones. The data helps in identifying and reducing noise sources. It supports OSHA and workplace safety compliance.

Compressed Air Testing

Compressed air used in cleanrooms must be free from contaminants like particles, oil, and moisture. This test ensures air quality meets ISO 8573 standards. We analyze samples for purity and contamination risk. Poor air quality can compromise product safety in sensitive environments. Testing ensures clean, safe air supply to production lines and equipment.

Gas Testing

We test various process gases (e.g., nitrogen, oxygen, CO2) for purity, concentration, and safety. This ensures gases meet regulatory and operational requirements. Impure gases can affect product quality and pose health risks. Our team uses specialized analyzers to detect contaminants or fluctuations. This service is essential for pharmaceutical, medical, and manufacturing sectors.

Duct Leak Testing

Duct leak testing detects air leakage in HVAC ductwork that can impact performance and cleanliness. We pressurize the system and measure any loss of airflow. Leaks reduce energy efficiency and increase contamination risks. Identifying and fixing them enhances system performance. This test supports better air quality, lower energy costs, and system longevity.

Batch Shooting

We record video during specific production or test batches for traceability, documentation, and audit support. This is especially useful in regulated environments like pharma and biotech. Our team uses high-resolution cameras to capture critical processes in detail. Batch shooting supports training, quality assurance, and compliance audits. Videos are securely stored and timestamped.

Design Qualification (DQ)

This is the first phase of equipment or facility validation, confirming the design meets required specifications and intended use. It involves reviewing design documents, drawings, and process flows. DQ ensures that systems are built to comply with industry and regulatory standards. It lays the foundation for successful installation and operation. Proper DQ prevents costly design changes later.

Installation Qualification (IQ)

IQ confirms that equipment or systems are installed correctly according to manufacturer and user requirements. It involves checking components, documentation, calibration, and configuration. We ensure everything is installed in the right place and works as expected. IQ documentation is critical for audits and validation. It ensures safe, compliant system startup.

Operational Qualification (OQ)

OQ tests whether installed equipment operates as intended under various conditions. It includes verifying functions, alarms, controls, and performance ranges. Our team follows predefined protocols to document all tests. Successful OQ ensures the system performs reliably before going live. It is essential for regulatory approval and consistent operation.

Performance Qualification (PQ)

PQ confirms that the system consistently performs according to specifications under real-world conditions. We test equipment during routine operations and analyze performance data. PQ validates long-term reliability and stability. It ensures the process produces consistent, high-quality results. PQ is the final step before full system acceptance and use.

Media Fill Video Shooting

We record aseptic filling operations using HD cameras with date/time stamps to ensure regulatory compliance. This includes isolators, RABS, and closed filling lines. A tablet is used to control the camera angle and view. Video footage provides evidence for audits, investigations, and training. This process helps meet GMP and FDA requirements.

Air Flow Visualization

This test uses multiple camera angles to record airflow behavior using smoke visualization. It captures air direction, turbulence, and containment across various zones. The footage is reviewed for proper airflow pattern compliance. Multi-angle views provide a complete understanding of airflow dynamics. It’s ideal for cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, and laminar flow systems.

Air Balancing

Air balancing ensures even distribution of airflow throughout HVAC and cleanroom systems. We measure and adjust supply and exhaust air to achieve target flow rates. Proper balancing improves temperature control and air cleanliness. It also reduces energy consumption and improves comfort. This service is vital during system commissioning and upgrades.

Pressure Balancing

This process maintains proper pressure differentials between cleanroom zones to prevent cross-contamination. We measure pressures in real-time and adjust ventilation accordingly. Positive or negative pressure is maintained as required by design. Stable pressure ensures product and personnel safety. It supports GMP compliance in sterile manufacturing.

Water Balancing

Water balancing ensures correct flow rates in chilled water, hot water, or process water systems. We measure flow at each terminal and adjust valves as needed. Proper water balancing improves HVAC efficiency and equipment life. It reduces energy waste and system strain. This service is important for climate control and thermal comfort.

AHU Performance

AHU (Air Handling Unit) performance testing evaluates airflow, cooling, heating, and filtration functions. We assess system efficiency under different load conditions. This ensures optimal air quality, energy efficiency, and operational reliability. AHU testing is crucial for system validation and long-term performance. It helps identify issues before they lead to failures.
